Job summary

CIEE is seeking a Regional Placement Coordinator for Summer Work and Travel. The role focuses on driving placements, cultivating host-employer relationships, and securing housing for SWT participants within a defined territory.

You will support hosts, participants, and community stakeholders to ensure a high-quality program experience. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales success, B2B experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication required.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with remote field staff.
• Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with host employers to generate placements.
• Recruit and support host families and local coordinators for housing solutions.
• Execute outreach to engage prospective hosts and renew accounts.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and exceed placement goals.
• Provide consultative staffing guidance and program utilization to maximize placements.
• Deliver strong account management and foster long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with compliance and participant services to ensure program quality.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
