The Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) seeks a Regional Placement Coordinator for Summer Work and Travel. This role, based remotely with Cape Cod, MA as a home base, focuses on driving placement growth, cultivating host employer relationships, and delivering gold-standard support to participants, hosts and communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, B2B preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with host employers to generate placements across programs.
• Identify, recruit, and support host families and local coordinators for housing solutions.
• Execute outreach strategies to engage prospective host employers and renew existing accounts.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and exceed sales/placement goals.
• Provide consultative support on hiring strategies and program utilization.
• Deliver account management and strengthen relationships with hosts and participants.
• Collaborate with compliance and participant services to ensure program quality.
