Job summary

CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange is seeking a Regional Placement Coordinator for Summer Work and Travel, focused on driving placements and supporting host employers, participants, and host families across a defined territory. You will cultivate relationships, manage housing solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high‑quality program experience.

You will bring 3–5 years of B2B sales success, strong communication, and experience with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales success, with B2B and human capital solutions experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with remote field staff and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with host employers to generate placements across SWT programs.
• Identify, recruit, and support host families and local coordinators for housing solutions.
• Execute outreach strategies to engage prospective host employers and expand placement opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently exceed sales and placement goals.
• Provide consultative support on hiring strategies, workforce planning, and program utilization.
• Collaborate with compliance, participant services, and other teams to ensure program quality.
