Job summary

CIEE is seeking a Regional Placement Coordinator for Summer Work and Travel, with a focus on placement growth across programs and strong partners in a remote-capable role in the U.S. You will drive housing solutions, engage employers, and optimize outcomes for participants and hosts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of B2B sales success, plus excellent communication and coordination skills for a fast-paced, international organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of sales success (B2B) required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with remote field staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage host employer relationships to generate placements across multiple program offerings.
• Identify, recruit, and support host families and local coordinators for housing when needed.
• Execute outreach strategies to engage prospective host employers and renew accounts.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently exceed goals.
• Collaborate with compliance and participant services to ensure program quality.
