CIEE is seeking a Regional Placement Coordinator for the Summer Work and Travel program. This remote-based role focuses on the Big Sky, Montana region and requires building strong relationships with host employers, participants, and housing partners to maximize SWT placements.

You will develop outreach strategies, manage a sales pipeline, and collaborate with compliance and participant services to ensure a smooth program experience.

Formación

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience required.
• Ability to analyze metrics and translate into action.
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written form.
• Experience working with remote field staff is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage host employer relationships to generate SWT placements.
• Recruit host families and coordinates housing solutions when needed.
• Execute outreach strategies to expand placement opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and exceed placement goals.
• Collaborate with compliance and participant services to ensure program quality.
• Provide proactive account management and responsive customer service.
