Job summary

Rechat Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting, primarily via cold calls, while supporting inbound leads. You’ll target real estate teams and brokerages, craft compelling outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn and video, and qualify opportunities for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record generating pipeline in a BDR/ SDR or similar outbound role.
• Significant experience with outbound calling; calling should be a core part of prior role.

Responsibilities

• Outbound pipeline generation: identify and engage high-potential real estate teams and brokerages.
• Cold calling: consistently make outbound calls, navigate objections and generate opportunities.
• Multichannel prospecting: support phone outreach with email, LinkedIn, video and other channels.
• Prospect research: understand who you are contacting and why they may fit Rechat.
• Qualification: assess organization, tech, needs, timing, and buying potential.
• Book qualified meetings: align with sales on fit and opportunity potential.
• Follow-up: multi-touch outreach and timely inbound routing.
• CRM management: keep accurate outreach records in HubSpot.
• Funnel performance: track calls, conversations, meetings and pipeline.
• Feedback: share frontline insights to improve positioning and outreach.
• Build playbook: help turn successful approaches into repeatable processes.
