ExchangeRight Real Estate is seeking a remote, full-time Business Development Representative to drive high-volume outbound prospecting in the financial services sector. You will generate and qualify opportunities, conduct extensive outreach, and manage CRM records while targeting broker-dealers, RIAs, and financial professionals.

Schedule meetings for External Wholesalers and support regional sales strategies to grow the pipeline.

Formación

• Active FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 63) or equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical ability to tailor communications using data.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking capability.
• Ability to identify business drivers within target markets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound sales activity and outreach.
• Research and identify key decision-makers in target firms.
• Maintain CRM/database records with prospects and activities.
• Schedule meetings for External Wholesalers to prospects.
• Support regional sales strategies and pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive opportunities.
• Track sales metrics and campaign activity.
• Follow up on leads and nurture prospective partners.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospects and partners.
