Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes, analyze comps, and close deals. This remote role requires regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients as needed, with an emphasis on due diligence, offers, and collaboration with realtors and lenders.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in sales, top-quartile performance, strong communication and MS Office skills, and a bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
