Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to lead the purchase of homes, assess value, estimate repairs, and manage due diligence. This remote role requires regular in-person meetings with prospects/clients as needed.

You will follow up on leads, analyze comps, negotiate acquisitions, and coordinate with realtors, lenders, and title during closings. A 4+ year sales background and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience achieving quotas through phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closings.
