Job summary

House Buyers of America is a fully remote real estate company seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes, analyze comps, and manage acquisitions from leads to close. The role requires meeting homeowners in person regularly, with emphasis on value estimation, ARV analysis, and due diligence.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in sales, top percentile performance, excellent communication and office skills, and a bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
