Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes, analyze properties, and close deals. The role involves meeting homeowners, evaluating repairs, and coordinating with realtors and lenders.

This remote position requires regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients. The candidate should have 4+ years of sales experience, top performance history, and strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Great communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process
