Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes, analyze comps, and close deals from a fully remote position. You will conduct due diligence, estimate repairs, and prepare contracts while meeting homeowners for offers and coordinating with realtors, lenders, and title during the closing process.

Requirements include 4+ years of sales experience, top-quartile performance, strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience required.
• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff in prior roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred; strong communication and computer skills.
• Proven achievement in reaching quotas through phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is values.
• Meet homeowners to present offers and coordinate with realtors, lenders, and title during closing.
