Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a remote Performance Monitoring professional to support contract administration, customer orders and problem resolution for a patient journey program. You will monitor calls, perform quality reviews and provide feedback to staff, while maintaining regulatory-compliant documentation.

The role requires strong listening skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a flexible, remote environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional listening skills requested.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Multitasking, time management and prioritization skills are assets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of Adverse Events submitted by staff before submission to client safety unit.
• Conduct case audits to ensure correct process steps in the patient journey.
• Monitor calls and provide written feedback.
• Interpret and transcribe inbound/outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers.
• Identify adverse events when monitoring calls.
• Ensure documentation follows client regulatory guidelines.
• Identify trends and training needs from call monitoring.
