Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a Performance Monitoring role that works remotely on a full-time basis. You will conduct reviews of adverse events, perform case audits, monitor calls, and ensure documentation complies with client guidelines.

The position emphasizes quality, accuracy, and timely feedback to improve patient journeys across the provider network. Training runs 8:00am-5:00pm CST, with shifts during Monday–Friday business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing adverse events and maintaining quality records.
• Ability to audit case steps along the patient journey.
• Experience monitoring calls and providing written feedback.
• Knowledge of client regulatory guidelines and documentation standards.
• Ability to identify trends and training needs from monitoring.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews of adverse events before submission.
• Audit cases to ensure correct patient journey steps.
• Monitor calls and provide written feedback to staff.
• Maintain knowledge of client programs and offerings.
• Interpret inbound/outbound calls from patients and providers.
• Identify adverse events during monitoring and ensure proper documentation.
