American Red Cross seeks a professional, detail-oriented Program Manager to support volunteer engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments. This fully remote role is US-based, serving as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio and partnering with program managers, leads, and stakeholders to optimize volunteer use.

Qualifications

• Education and experience align with a degree and multiple years in program management.
• Strong presentation and training material development capabilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and supporting data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with program managers, stakeholders, and volunteers.
• Consult with departments to identify workforce needs and recruitment strategies.
• Support recruitment plans, opportunities, and volunteer processes.
• Coordinate communications, meetings, briefings, and updates.
• Manage Volunteer Connection activities, including reporting and workflows.
• Provide guidance on volunteer policies and best practices.
• Support leaders and teams in sustaining enterprise and global positions.
• Pull and interpret volunteer workforce data to support decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and leadership updates.
• Monitor workforce trends, vacancies, and engagement metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to address challenges and opportunities.
