Job summary

American Red Cross seeks a Program Manager to support volunteer workforce engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments. This role serves as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio, partnering with program managers, department stakeholders, and Volunteer Services teams to help engage volunteers in support of mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including training and presentations.
• Ability to develop project plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve goals.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with program managers, stakeholders, and Volunteer Services teams.
• Consult with departments to identify workforce needs and determine volunteer engagement strategies.
• Support recruitment plans and navigate volunteer processes and onboarding activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and leadership updates; monitor engagement metrics.
