Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Program Manager to support volunteer engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments. This fully remote role can be located anywhere in the USA.

You will serve as the primary relationship manager, partnering with program managers and stakeholders to meet mission objectives. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, reporting, and effective volunteer utilization across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to create presentations and develop training modules; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with program managers, department stakeholders, and Volunteer Services teams.
• Identify workforce needs and determine volunteer engagement and recruitment strategies.
• Support departments in recruitment plans, promote opportunities, and navigate volunteer processes.
• Coordinate communications, meetings, and stakeholder updates; manage Volunteer Connection activities.
