Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Program Manager to support volunteer engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments. This fully remote role can be located anywhere in the USA, serving as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio.

You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and engagement activities, develop reports, and partner with stakeholders to optimize volunteer utilization while delivering mission-driven results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned departments.
• Build strong relationships with program managers and stakeholders.
• Identify workforce needs and recruitment strategies for volunteers.
• Coordinate communications, meetings, and updates.
• Develop reports and dashboards to inform leadership decisions.
• Support volunteer workforce data and analytics.
