Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Program Manager to support volunteer workforce engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments. This fully remote role can be located anywhere in the USA and focuses on engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Ability to create presentations and develop training modules.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal).
• Develop project plans, budgets, and strategies for goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments.
• Coordinate communications, meetings, briefings, and stakeholder updates.
• Support Volunteer Connection activities: position management, reporting, recruitment workflows.
• Provide guidance on volunteer workforce policies and processes.
• Pull and interpret volunteer workforce data for decision making.
• Develop reports and leadership updates for stakeholders.
