Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a professional Program Manager to support volunteer engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments. This fully remote role can be located anywhere in the United States, with responsibilities including workforce engagement, recruitment planning, onboarding, and stakeholder coordination.

The position emphasizes relationship management, data-driven decision making, and operational support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to create presentations and develop training modules; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments.
• Coordinate communications, meetings, briefings, and stakeholder updates.
• Analyze volunteer workforce data to support decision-making and workforce discussions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and leadership updates for stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on volunteer workforce policies and processes and best practices.
• Support enterprise initiatives and strategic projects within Department Relationship Success.
