Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, offers a fully remote Program Manager role within MedSci, reporting to the Senior Director. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget, employing DBS tools and problem-solving approaches.

You will partner across departments, supporting Medical Affairs objectives, KPI sustainment, and external-facing content through internal approvals. A PhD/MD or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/engineering field; preference for 7+ years in program management.
• PhD/MD in biological science; preference for 4+ years in program management.
• Ability to work with cross-functional partners and advise leadership on complex situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proven organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead key projects and cross-functional teams in MedSci to deliver on time, in scope and budget.
• Drive MedSci project execution using DBS tools and standard problem-solving.
• Provide operations support for Medical Affairs KPIs and sustainment of standard work.
• Partner with internal/external resources to improve evidence site effectiveness and reporting on projects.
• Support processing of Medical affairs content for external audiences through internal approvals.
