Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific/engineering field; 7+ years' program management experience, or PhD/MD with 4+ years PM experience.
• Ability to work independently with cross-functional partners and leadership guidance.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead key MedSci projects with cross-functional teams, delivering on time and within budget.
• Drive project execution using DBS tools and standard software; apply problem-solving to issues.
• Provide operations support for Medical Affairs KPIs and sustainment of standard work.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to deliver evidence site effectiveness and insights.
• Support processing of Medical affairs content for external audiences through approvals.
