Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Channel Sales Manager to lead end-to-end partnerships with large national distributors across North America. The role is fully remote and reports to the Director of Applied, Sample Prep and Channel Partner Management within the Commercial team.

You will oversee partner relationships, drive revenue growth, and coordinate cross-functional efforts on product positioning, pricing, and marketing enablement. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of channel sales or management experience in life sciences.
• Experience in managing large channels is preferred.
• Demonstrated project management and marketing communications skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end relationships with large national distribution partners and align on growth priorities.
• Manage and develop a team with selling responsibility, setting quotas and strategies.
• Conduct regular business reviews, monitor scorecards and drive partner performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position products, pricing, and marketing content.
• Facilitate trainings and product demonstrations to enable effective sell-through.
