Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to lead partnerships with large national distributors across North America. The role is fully remote, reporting to the Director of Applied, Sample Prep and Channel Partner Management within the Commercial team.

You will drive growth plans, manage a team, and coordinate marketing and training to optimize coverage, pricing, and revenue while ensuring strong distributor performance and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years in channel sales or management in life sciences.
• Experience in managing large channels preferred.
• Strong project management and marketing communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end relationships with large national distributors and align on growth.
• Manage a team with selling responsibilities, set quotas and drive engagement.
• Conduct regular business reviews and monitor partner performance.
• Collaborate on product positioning and go-to-market via distributor channels.
• Provide training and enablement to distributors and internal teams.
