Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Associate Program Manager, Medical Communications to support the successful execution of client programs. You will manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables while coordinating across internal teams, clients, and external partners in a remote US setting.

You will help manage MLR submissions, vendor coordination, and financial tracking, including budgets and invoicing.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a client service, agency, or project coordination environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Oversee project workflows, facilitate internal and client meetings, and ensure deliverables progress on schedule
• Help manage medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) submissions and coordinate with vendors
• Support financial tracking, including budgets and invoicing
• Potential to independently lead smaller projects while mentoring junior team members and contributing to team success
