Leica Biosystems is seeking a Program Manager, Medical & Scientific Affairs to lead cross-functional MedSci projects and apply DBS-based process improvement. The role supports Medical Affairs objectives, data-driven insights, and external communications while driving timely results in a fully remote environment. Prefer candidates with scientific training and program leadership experience, including DBS expertise.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a scientific/engineering field; 7+ years in program management or advanced degree with 4+ years' experience.
Ability to work independently with cross-functional partners and leadership for guidance on complex situations.
Ability to discern and balance business issues to provide best-practice recommendations.
Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Lead key MedSci projects and cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
Drive execution of MedSci projects using DBS tools like VPM, VSM, Daily Management, and Action Plans; apply problem-solving principles.
Provide operations support for Medical Affairs objectives, KPIs, and sustainment of standard work.
Partner with internal and external resources to deliver MedSci evidence site effectiveness and reporting.
Support processing of Medical affairs content for external facing audiences through internal approvals.
