Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Program Manager in Medical & Scientific Affairs. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Director, MedSci, and is part of the MedSci team.

You will lead cross-functional projects to deliver on time and within scope, leveraging DBS tools and standard management practices. The role requires a scientific/engineering degree with 7+ years PM experience (or an advanced degree with 4+ years).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/engineering field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in program management or 4+ years with PhD/MD.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects within MedSci or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead key projects and cross functional teams in the MedSci function, ensuring on-time, in-scope, within-budget delivery.
• Drive MedSci project execution using DBS tools like VPM, VSM, Daily Management, and Action Plans; apply problem solving to resolve issues.
• Provide operations support for Medical Affairs objectives, KPIs, and sustainment of standard work.
• Partner with internal and external resources to deliver MedSci evidence site effectiveness and reporting on projects.
• Support processing of Medical affairs content for external-facing audiences through approvals.
