Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher company, is seeking a Program Manager for Medical & Scientific Affairs to lead cross-functional MedSci projects and drive on-time delivery with DBS tools. The role is fully remote and reports to the Senior Director of Medical & Scientific Affairs.

Ideal candidates have a scientific/engineering background with 7+ years in program management (PhD/MD preferred 4+ years). Strong collaboration, decision-making, and communication skills are essential for success in this

Responsibilities

• Lead key MedSci projects and cross-functional teams to deliver on time and budget.
• Apply Danaher Business System tools to drive problem solving and execution.
• Provide operations support for Medical Affairs objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal/external resources to improve evidence site effectiveness and reporting.
• Support processing of Medical affairs content through internal approvals.
