This fully remote role in the USA serves as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of departments, partnering with program managers, business leads, and stakeholders to engage volunteers in mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years related experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
• Ability to develop training modules and reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned departments.
• Develop recruitment strategies and volunteer engagement plans.
• Create reports, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Coordinate communications, meetings, and stakeholder updates.
• Support Volunteer Connection activities and data analysis.
• Provide guidance on policies and best practices.
• Monitor workforce trends and recruitment activity.
