Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a professional Program Manager to support volunteer engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate departments. This fully remote role can be located anywhere in the USA and focuses on recruitment, onboarding, and stakeholder collaboration to maximize volunteer impact.

The role serves as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio, coordinating with program managers and department leaders to align resources with mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop training modules and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments.
• Coordinate with program managers, department stakeholders, Volunteer Services teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Identify workforce needs and determine appropriate volunteer engagement and recruitment strategies.
• Promote opportunities and navigate volunteer workforce processes.
