Job summary

Velvet Horizons is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling services in a fully remote environment. You will manage inquiries, organize logistics, and ensure a smooth, end-to-end planning process.

You will research options for accommodations and transportation, prepare structured plans, confirm reservations with third-party providers, and maintain clear documentation and excellent client support throughout the coordination cycle.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency with online tools and scheduling platforms.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms to gather requirements and provide support
• Research and present suitable options for accommodations, transportation, and related services
• Prepare structured plans and coordinate scheduling based on client preferences and availability
• Process reservations and confirm service arrangements with third-party providers
• Provide consistent, professional customer support throughout the coordination process
