Job summary

Velvet Horizons is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling services in a fully remote environment. You will manage client requests, organize logistics, and ensure a smooth end-to-end planning process.

Key responsibilities include communicating with clients, researching options, preparing structured plans, processing reservations, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare structured plans and coordinate scheduling based on client preferences and availability.
• Process reservations and confirm service arrangements with third‑party providers.
• Provide consistent, professional customer support throughout the coordination process.
• Maintain awareness of relevant updates, policies, and service offerings.
