Velvet Horizons is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling services. This fully remote role involves managing client requests, organizing logistics, and ensuring a smooth planning process.

You will communicate with clients, research options for accommodations and transport, and prepare structured plans while coordinating scheduling based on preferences and availability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
