Velvet Horizons is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling services in a fully remote role. You will manage client requests, organize logistics, and ensure a smooth, end-to-end planning process.

Key duties include communicating with clients, researching suitable options for accommodations and transportation, documenting interactions, and coordinating with third-party providers.
