Job summary

Velvet Horizons is a fully remote planning services company seeking a detail-oriented Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling, managing requests, organizing logistics, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end planning process.

You will communicate with clients, research accommodations and transportation options, confirm reservations, document interactions, and collaborate to improve workflows while maintaining high-quality client support.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with online scheduling tools and platforms.
• English fluency required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms to gather requirements and provide support.
• Research and present suitable options for accommodations, transportation, and related services.
• Prepare structured plans and coordinate scheduling based on client preferences and availability.
• Process reservations and confirm service arrangements with third-party providers.
• Provide consistent, professional customer support throughout the coordination process.
• Maintain awareness of relevant updates, policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal team members to improve workflows and service delivery.
• Accurately document client interactions, transactions, and records in company systems.
