Velvet Horizons is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling services. This remote role involves managing client requests, organizing logistics, and ensuring a smooth, end-to-end planning process.

You will communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms, research suitable accommodations and transportation, and coordinate scheduling based on client preferences while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience working independently in a remote environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with online scheduling tools.
• English fluency required; Spanish is a plus.
