Job summary

Velvet Horizons is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling services in a fully remote role. You will manage client requests, organize logistics, and ensure a smooth, end-to-end planning process.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, independence working remotely, and exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines while delivering high-quality client support.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms to gather requirements and provide support.
• Research and present suitable options for accommodations, transportation, and related services.
• Prepare structured plans and coordinate scheduling based on client preferences and availability.
• Process reservations and confirm service arrangements with third-party providers.
• Provide consistent, professional customer support throughout the coordination process.
• Maintain awareness of relevant updates, policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal team members to improve workflows and service delivery.
• Accurately document client interactions, transactions, and records in company systems.
