Job summary

Velvet Horizons is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling services. This fully remote role involves gathering requirements, researching options, and coordinating end-to-end planning with third-party providers.

You will manage client requests, organize logistics, and document interactions while delivering professional customer support and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of policies and offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication is required.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency with online scheduling tools.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms to gather requirements and provide support.
• Research and present suitable options for accommodations, transportation, and related services.
• Prepare structured plans and coordinate scheduling based on client preferences and availability.
• Process reservations and confirm service arrangements with third-party providers.
• Provide consistent, professional customer support throughout the coordination process.
• Maintain awareness of relevant updates, policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal team members to improve workflows and service delivery.
• Accurately document client interactions, transactions, and records in company systems.
