HyperStrong International USA Corp is seeking a Planner & Scheduler to support the execution and optimization of maintenance activities across utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) assets. This role will report to the Manager of Support Services, Americas.
The Planner & Scheduler is responsible for developing and executing Annual Maintenance Plans (AMP) and Annual Maintenance Schedules (AMS) within the CMMS to support commissioning, operations, and long-term service activities. The role coordinates across Field Services, Engineering, Supply Chain, and external vendors to ensure maintenance work is properly planned, resourced, and scheduled.
This position covers both Planner Scheduler I and Planner Scheduler II, depending on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated capability.
An entry- to mid-level role that focuses on executing planned work, maintaining CMMS data accuracy, and supporting spare parts coordination. This level typically targets 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Experienced role responsible for independently developing, optimizing, and managing maintenance planning and scheduling activities. This level typically targets 4+ years of relevant field or technical experience.
Based in the United States, remote work.
