HyperStrong International USA Corp is seeking a Planner & Scheduler to support the execution and optimization of maintenance activities across utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) assets. This role will report to the Manager of Support Services, Americas.

The Planner & Scheduler is responsible for developing and executing Annual Maintenance Plans (AMP) and Annual Maintenance Schedules (AMS) within the CMMS to support commissioning, operations, and long-term service activities. The role coordinates across Field Services, Engineering, Supply Chain, and external vendors to ensure maintenance work is properly planned, resourced, and scheduled.

This position covers both Planner Scheduler I and Planner Scheduler II, depending on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated capability.

An entry- to mid-level role that focuses on executing planned work, maintaining CMMS data accuracy, and supporting spare parts coordination. This level typically targets 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Experienced role responsible for independently developing, optimizing, and managing maintenance planning and scheduling activities. This level typically targets 4+ years of relevant field or technical experience.

• Own the development, execution, and continuous improvement of Annual Maintenance Plans (AMP) and Annual Maintenance Schedules (AMS), including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies supporting commissioning, operations, and long-term service activities.
• Ensure work orders are fully planned and ready for execution, including scope definition, task sequencing, labor and tooling requirements, documentation, and coordination of required spare parts through material reservations, kitting strategies, and demand forecasting.
• Support vendor onboarding and management activities, including CMMS setup, scope alignment, scheduling coordination, development of scopes of work (SOW), evaluating vendor quotes, and coordination of purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) processes.
• Serve as a key CMMS stakeholder by supporting system configuration, data integrity, adherence to planning and scheduling workflows, and related process documentation.
• Collaborate with Field Services, Engineering, Quality, and HSE teams to incorporate technical updates, lessons learned, and corrective actions into maintenance plans.
• Monitor schedule compliance, work order completion, backlog health, and planning effectiveness metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Maintenance Management, Industrial Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience for Planner & Scheduler I and 4+ years of relevant experience for Planner & Scheduler II in maintenance planning, scheduling, field services, operations, or asset management within energy, industrial, or infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated experience working within a CMMS platform to develop maintenance plans, schedules, and work orders.
• Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance planning, spare parts coordination, and resource scheduling.
• Experience supporting field-based technical teams in operationally complex or safety-critical environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional coordination.

• Experience supporting utility-scale BESS systems, power electronics, inverters, transformers, or substation environments.
• Experience developing AMP and AMS structures within enterprise CMMS platforms.
• Familiarity with spare parts inventory management, material forecasting, and maintenance kitting strategies.
• Experience onboarding and coordinating third-party service vendors within maintenance management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking maintenance KPIs, backlog health, and schedule compliance.

Based in the United States, remote work.

• 10-20% travel.
