Job summary

Velvet Horizons is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling services in a fully remote environment. You will manage client requests, organize logistics, and ensure a smooth end-to-end planning process.

You will communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms; research options for accommodations, transportation, and related services; prepare structured plans and coordinate scheduling based on preferences and availability.
