Job summary

Velvet Horizons is a fully remote planning service seeking a detail-oriented Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling. You will manage client requests, organize logistics, and ensure a smooth end-to-end planning process.

Responsibilities include communicating with clients, researching options, coordinating reservations with third-party providers, and maintaining accurate records. A proactive, organized approach and strong written/verbal communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.

• Basic proficiency with online tools and scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities
