This role is remote from LATAM with a 4 × 5-hour weekly schedule (up to 20 hours). You will make and receive calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and document outcomes while maintaining confidentiality and high service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with phone-based customer service or virtual assistance.
