Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Customer Service Expert for phone support (LATAM). This contractor role is remote with LATAM coverage and a 4×5-hour weekly schedule (up to 20 hours).

You will make and receive calls for US-based clients, manage appointments and confirmations, and document outcomes clearly. Fluent English, reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a quality headset are essential; prior phone-based CS or virtual assistance experience is preferred.
