Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Lead to overseeIQVIA District Managers and Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives promoting client products to healthcare professionals. This remote US role requires coordinating with client and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of integrated solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in pharma/medical sales and 5+ years in sales leadership, with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Must be able to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
• 10+ years in Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales industry.
• 5+ years Sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client’s main contact for commercial project work.
• Create, manage and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and workflows.
• Provide regular status reports and updates to internal and client stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics (KPIs, scorecards, priorities).
• Oversee personnel/HR actions for IQVIA managers and sales reps.
• Coordinate meetings and manage related components as needed.
