Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Lead to oversee Field Coordinators and a team of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives delivering on client products to healthcare professionals. You will manage projects end-to-end, collaborate with the client and IQVIA teams, and ensure contractual obligations are met.

The role requires extensive sales leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed to client sites and IQVIA offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (B. A. or B.S.) from a four-year accredited college or university.
• 10+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales industry.
• 5+ years Sales leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Client’s main point of contact regarding the commercial project work
• Work closely with the client partner to create, manage, and maintain project plans and timelines including key milestones, business rules, workflows, and ensure alignment with IQVIA and client objectives
• Facilitate clear communication to all relevant internal and external stakeholders through regular status reports and project meetings
• Monitor and report on performance/progress (KPIs/scorecard/priorities/key deliverables)
• Provide updates and feedback to key internal and client stakeholders
• Apply operational knowledge to ensure successful delivery throughout the life cycle of the project
• Identify trends and potential obstacles to achieving project goals
• Manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure all deliverables/milestones are achieved
• Handle personnel/HR actions such as hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary measures
• Provide oversight for HR actions conducted by first line Managers
• Oversee expense reports and ensure compliance with policies
• Coordinate meetings and related components as needed
