Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Lead to oversee District Managers and a team of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives. This remote role, based in the United States, will ensure execution of contractual obligations and manage personnel and administrative requirements across IQVIA and client teams.

You will drive project plans, monitor KPIs, coordinate stakeholders, and oversee HR actions while ensuring seamless collaboration across IQVIA and client organizations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from a four-year college or university.
• 10+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales.
• 5+ years in Sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact for commercial project work.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and milestones.
• Communicate status, deliverables, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Monitor performance with KPI dashboards and scorecards.
• Oversee HR actions including hiring and performance reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional IQVIA and client teams to meet milestones.
