Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
• 10+ years experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales industry.
• 5+ years Sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as client’s main point of contact for the commercial project work.
• Create, manage, and maintain project plans and timelines including milestones and workflows.
• Facilitate clear communication to internal and external stakeholders through status reports and meetings.
• Monitor and report performance/progress (KPIs/scorecard/priorities/deliverables).
• Provide updates to key internal and client stakeholders.
• Apply operational knowledge to ensure successful delivery across the project life cycle.
• Identify trends and obstacles to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional IQVIA and client teams to meet deliverables.
• Oversee HR-related actions for IQVIA Managers (hiring, performance reviews, disciplinary plans).
• Support HR actions conducted by IQVIA first-line Managers for Sales Representatives.
• Approve and monitor IQVIA Manager expense reports in line with policies.
• Coordinate meetings and related components.
