Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Lead to oversee a district management team and pharmaceutical sales reps, delivering on contractual obligations while coordinating with clients. This remote role supports IQVIA’s integrated solutions across the US and requires strong leadership, project management, and HR oversight capabilities.

The candidate will drive project success through cross-functional collaboration, milestone management, and clear client communications, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
• 10+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales industry.
• 5+ years Sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client’s main point of contact for the commercial project work.
• Create, manage, and maintain project plans and timelines with milestones and workflows.
• Provide regular status reports and facilitate stakeholder communications.
• Monitor performance, KPI’s, scorecards and deliverables.
• Oversee personnel/HR actions including hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary plans.
• Coordinate meetings and approvals of expenses and cross-functional deliverables.
