Job summary

CBRE is seeking a People Business Partner for Remote USA to support HR initiatives, policies, and procedures. You will assist in onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management, while guiding employee relations and risk discovery with managers.

The role covers multiple HR functions, including training, labor relations, and compensation, traveling up to weekly to sites. A degree and experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rollout of onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action support.
• Work with managers to identify employment-related risks and begin investigation processes.
