Job summary

CBRE is seeking a People Business Partner for the Remote USA region. The role focuses on rolling out HR initiatives, communicating policies, and supporting the People Strategy and Operations function.

You will assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management while providing employee relations guidance and managing key HR functions across a business unit. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance and assist with disciplinary actions and performance improvement counseling.
• Identify employment-related risks with managers and support investigations and grievances.
• Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations, and compensation for a business unit.
• Conduct training on topics including performance management and diversity.
